The Pen Pot Shelf for Multiboard NZ is a simple, functional addition to your Multiboard setup. Designed to keep pencils, crayons, brushes, or scissors neatly stored and easily accessible, this shelf supports independent, creative play without clutter.

Perfect for art, writing, or mark-making stations, it keeps tools right where tamariki need them — and encourages tidy routines as they learn to return each item when they’re done.

Made for Multiboards 

This shelf is designed exclusively for use with the Play Systems Multiboard. It clips securely into the board’s front slots and sits at a child-friendly height — ideal for early learning environments, creative corners, or home art spaces.

Made in Aotearoa from durable birch plywood and finished with our child-safe hard wax oil, it blends beautifully with the rest of the Play Systems range.

Safe Use

This product must always be used under adult supervision.
This product is designed to be used by one child at a time. The product has a safe weight limit of 50 kg. This product is intended for children 18 months and older. Because each child's development is unique, common sense should be used to assess a child's ability to use this product safely. Please consider your child's size, fine motor skills and their coordination skills before allowing them to use this product. This product is intended for indoor use only. Never set this product up near stairs or steps, near swimming pools or on unstable or uneven surfaces.

Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY. Play Systems products purchased by an individual for home use are guaranteed free from defects for six months from the date of purchase. You must submit an ORIGINAL copy of the proof of purchase for repairs or exchanges. Purchases by organizations or business are not covered by this warranty.

Wooden products will mark or become damaged if handled roughly or dropped on hard surfaces. The following are not covered by warranty:
Normal wear and tear.
Exposure to excessive humidity/moister or damage by exposure to weather.
Accidents.
Improper use.
Improper storage (such as in a humid environment).

Play Systems products are made from natural and manmade materials. Some variation in colour, grain and finish are normal and make each of our products unique. We aim to produce products of the highest quality, however, if you have a concern please see below for warranty and returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. However, to report or return a damaged item, please send an e-mail to contact@playsystems.co.nz. Please attach a description of the problem and a picture, if possible, as this will help us understand your concerns. We aim to respond to your enquiry with 24 business hours.

For Organizations and Businesses
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. Products may only be returned for credit with prior agreement from Play Systems.

Please ensure you inspect the goods prior to signing your acceptance, we cannot accept responsibility of damaged goods once they have been signed for.

Any goods which are faulty upon delivery can be returned, they will be inspected and if they are determined to have been damaged or used by the customer, they will not be accepted as faulty. We cannot accept returns for items which have been used or are faulty due to normal wear and tear.

If you wish to request a replacement, please contact us at contact@playsystems.co.nz and explain the reason for your request within 48 hours of receiving delivery.

Care instructions

This product can be cleaned with a damp, soft cloth and mild cleaning agent., Plywood edges will absorb water, avoid saturation and keep away from heat sources., Check the product for damage or other problems before using for the first time., Continue checking it regularly for signs of wear, cracking, defects or damage. Discontinue use if damage is present.
